Hull Republican Committee Principles
-The primary purpose of government is to keep citizens safe and secure. Therefore we support tax outlays for national defense, fire, police and network infrastructure and security.
-Other Governmental agencies that employ our tax dollars must be organized to operate efficiently and professionally with goals that are measurable, transparent and produce quantifiable and qualitative results.
-Individual social views and lifestyles are personal and not the concern of government. We do not impose our social views on others nor do we expect their views to be imposed on us. We do however; encourage the furtherance of the American spirit, individual faith, community values and individual responsibility.
-The judicial system does not make policy and we view the Constitution as the bedrock of our country.
-We welcome those that come to our country legally and we encourage new immigrants to assimilate our culture and respect our history and traditions.
-Foreign policy should be focused on open markets and democracy and we should not be the arbitrator of other countries internal debates.
-We encourage economic competiveness and world class education.
